All parents and guardians of RCES students are automatically a member of the Richard Carroll Elementary PTO! We encourage you to sign up to volunteer for one of our MANY events throughout the school year. This can be as simple as bringing a veggie tray to the Valentine's Dance, making a game at home to drop of for the Fall Carnival, or helping with one of the Teacher Appreciation events!
